This is a single-user personal app. It is operated by and for one individual, Chirotpal Das. It is not a commercial service, does not sign up other accounts, and does not connect to any Google account other than the owner's own.

What this is

calendar.chirotpal.com is a personal booking page for Chirotpal Das, operated by him as an individual on a personal domain. It lets visitors pick a time on Chirotpal's calendar. By using the site or booking a slot, you agree to these terms.

Using the site

When you book a slot you agree to:

Provide a real name and a real email address.
Show up to the meeting you booked, or use the cancel or reschedule link if you cannot.
Not use the booking form to send spam, abuse, harassment, or content that violates anyone's rights.
Not attempt to scrape, abuse, or interfere with the site or its rate limits.

What Chirotpal can do

Cancel any booking that looks like spam, abuse, or a scheduling mistake.
Decline to meet for any reason, in which case the booking is cancelled.
Remove your booking data on your request.
Change or take down this site at any time.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is. We make a reasonable effort to keep it available and accurate, but downtime, missed reminders, or calendar invite delivery issues can happen. The site is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

Privacy

How booking data and Google Calendar data are handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

If these terms change, the updated version replaces this one and the date at the top is refreshed.
